All of the sudden I'm getting no directionals when I turn the lights on,and the blinkers work when the lights are out.The horn is low and the radio cuts out, then back on when I shift from park to drive or step on the brakes. I checked my grounds and the battery has plenty of power, with no problems starting. The stock alt gauge shows a slight discharge, but it always has. I'm still thinking it"s a ground somewhere that maybe I missed? Anybody ever come accross this problem? It's a 70 Road Runner.

I took a reading and the alternator is not charging the battery. The reading I took last night was incorrect, didn't realize the battery was low on the voltmeter. I'm not sure if that will solve the problem stated in the previous post, but will let you know once the alternator comes in.

I have another question. The alternator I have on the car is a chrome 70 amp from Tuff Stuff. It has 2 field terminals one with a green wire and the other has two wires on it,and the battery terminal. I figure I'll get this one rebuilt and run a rebuilt one for the time being. The rebuilt one has the battery and 1 field and 1 ground terminal. Would I hook the green wire to the field and leave the other wires that where on the other termainal wrapped and not connected? Also what wire if any would go to the ground then?
