Electronic Dist ????

I'm going tomorrow to the local Pull a part to look for a Electronic Dist. what will interchange in the later years from 5th Ave 318 engine?

depends on what you've got. Some cars with Lean Burn (you didn't say if yours had it or not) had two pickups in the distributor so the timing could be retarded.

Other than that, and small block electronic distributor will swap

Sorry I forgot to state that the lean burn had been removed by a P.O.
It currently has a points dist.

Are you planning on putting the lean burn back? If so then you need to know if you need the one or two pick up distributor. If not, then it really doesn't matter
