Electronic ignition conversion

So I converted the 69 440 to electronic ignition. With the point system it was at 17. What's a good number for the electronic ignition? It's a stock engine.

Greg, if you are talking about setting the initial advance, then I would set it back to 17 like you had it. Here is a chart showing how I set one of mine up, it is stock as well. You may have seen it already? I have tweaked it even more since this chart was made, now at 18 initial, 37 w/mechanical, and 52 w/vacuum.

OK, tweaked the timing yesterday and man oh man what a BIG difference it is from the old point system. :hello2:
