Emergency brake light

Asking about my '70 RR.
How do you get to the bulb? Do you get to it from the front or rear?
Is it easy to change bulb?
Dash is installed so I can't tell, and I don't have an assembly manual.

The bulb can be reached by putting your hand up behind the panel. I not sure if it twists out or just pulls out.
