Engine casting numbers

Hi guys! I recently acquired a mystery engine. I've been at some of the other Mopar sites, so now I turn to the REAL EXPERTS. The block casting is a 1977 small block. The casting numbers are: 4006830-360-4. The engine has a 2bbl carb on it. Is this a real 360, and if so, why would a 2 bbl carb be on it? None of the other sites have casting numbers that run that high.

Most 360's came as 2 bbl motors.....
