engine casting question.

did Chrysler by any chance use older dates in their motors? I'm trying to find out if this is the original motor from the car

Yeah but probably not that much of a gap... What's the serial on the rail by the starter? Should be like PT383########

Casting number is 64-71 383

Look on the pad on the block right above the oil pan for it's numbers
