Broadcast/Production sheets are a little harder to decipher than fender tags. If you have the fender tag it would be easier. We would need to know which plant it was built. The first four numbers in the Vin tells you this. Let us know what they are and a pic of the fender tag.
No one has a good or accurate option decoder for these older mopars especially '65 and older. There's code books for the fender tags though.
