Any ideas on how to tell lift and duration on a purple shaft cam. motor had been rebuilt before i bought the car and the previous owner was not sure on the cam. thanks

physically measuring duration requires the engine to be partially disassembled with the degree wheel and all that fun stuff...ugg

just my 2cents,ur going 2 have the cam numbers and contact the cam company.
they 4 sure should b able 2 tell u.
which requires tear down.
