We got the Indy Maxx block, the Edy heads, the Eagle crank and rods. The Diamond pistons are coming and so is the cam. The Engine shop talked me in to a solid lifter roller instead of a hydaulic roller, that will be a first for me. It's going into a 68 Charger with the A 855 trans and a Dana 60.

It will have a 4.375 bore, a stroke of 4.150 (499.2), solid roller about 6.37/6.28. 11-1 CR, probably a single four barrel carb. Do we know who makes a good 1 x 4 intake manifold? I have one on order from classic industries but they can't seem to come through with it this century, part number mn2761.

Thanks for the info, that intake has potential. The info on his site about hood clearance does not help me much at this point. Do you guys have any experience with this intake in a B body?

I have no experience with it in a charger or anything with a stock hood for that matter, but I'd compromise on the hood before the intake.
