Engine Stamp Decode question

I'm looking at a 68' 440hp motor and it has the letters "DW" on the engine stamp pad. Anybody know what that means?

H = standard 4bbl
HP = high performance
LC = low compression
O.S. = 0.005 oversized valve stems
P = premium fuel recommended
R = regular grade fuel may be used
