Evil Dead Remake

Anyone else see this remake?

I am a HUGE fan of the original trilogy and was expecting something a little better than the turd the remake was to me ...

I'm a big fan of the second, tweaked version of the original.

I got excited when I heard they were redoing it, but the more I learned, the less I was interested, and the more I felt they were making a big mistake.

As of now, I'm not even interested in seeing it.


I would be more interested in seeing a sequel to complete the trilogy.


How far ahead of the times was "S-Mart" (Army of Darkness)??

Have you seen the musical? Oh man, is it funny. There's clips on youtube. Great original series, remake I've only heard bad things about.

The originals were SO GOOD. "GIVE ME BACK MY HAND!" Not seeing the remake. There's no way it will stack up.

But a remake that did... 2004 "Dawn of the Dead" was excellent. Not better than the original, but great in it's own way.
