Five of the six Chubby teams racing in the Factory FX class were caught (cheating) running the wrong size blower pulley at the US Nationals. They all lost 100 points and were fined $2500, but were allowed to correct the infraction and continue racing. Greg Turk, the lone Mopar entrant objected to the penalty as a mere slap on the wrist, saying they have been running this way all year long with nothing being done until now. This being the case he is pulling out of the class. Says he is going to turn the Blackbird X Challenger loose to show people what it will really do.
