The guy is lucky to be alive after 5 minutes of interval shocks....

He was very lucky and im of the belief it wasn't his time. In 2004 my wife went into sudden cardiac arrest during surgery. The attending Anesthesiologist saved her life.

Get those hearts checked..
Just checked into the emergency room at midnight Friday for chest/neck pain. After 9 hours of EKG's, blood checks, and blood pressure checks, I was brought down for a nuclear stress test. On to the tread mill and a couple of picture sessions later was brought up to my room to wait for results. A lot of prayers were passed from me to the Lord. I have a 3 year old granddaughter and another one due in May. I'm 69 and I want to be around for them for whatever time the Lord grants me.
The results were negative, all my heart function were normal and arteries were determined to be in good shape. I started to drop some weight at the beginning of the year and have lost 18 lbs. I am MORE dedicated to this weight loss battle than ever before. The pains I had were believed to be from my stupidity of carrying steel rims from my shed to my garage through a foot and a half of snow, about 120 feet. A guy was coming to buy the four rims and I wanted to get rid of them so I went twice to the shed to get them. Fear is a pretty good motivator and I'm not going to let food take me away from those I love. ...........and the rims were from a chevy

"Live every day like you're dying"
I have two clusters on my Purple Heart. Three years ago I walked into the ER with extreme pain.
They told me I was in renal failure due to a lack of blood. Turned out to be cancer. It's now in remission and my kidneys function.
After several near misses, I thank God every night no matter how bad the day has been.
I wish the media spent more time covering news such as this.

he's a lucky dude, is right

a little over a year I had one he is very lucky and yup take better care of your self get them checked up

Exact same thing happened to me a year and a half ago . Two doctors playing and an AED saved me . I had no idea what happened. When they reviived me one doctor asked if I had any history of heart trouble .I just looked at him .He asked if I was on any medication. I said yes, beer.
Two warning signs I ignored were being short of breath when I shouldn't be and tightness in my chest. If you have both or either of these get checked .
