Hi All,

Purchasing my first RR after a long search! It’s a beautiful car and the seller looks to have put a lot of time and hard work into the car.

One thing I noticed on the car though is a slight “cupping” on the top front fender where it meets the hood. It’s just slightly curved to my eye and appears to not be as flat as it should with the header panel. The other side looks perfect.

Can someone chime in and tell if this is typical….or I would be able to correct at some point? Or just something that is better off left alone at this point.

It’s not that big of a deal but having done a lot of tile work in my life, my eyes tend to “see” stuff like this.

Either way, excited for the journey with this car and hope to learn a lot from everyone here!

Does not look right to me. Have you looked at it in person? If not you had better. Might be a perfumed pig. Do you have more photos of the car?

That looks like a damaged fender from a side hit. Not normal. Yeah, further looking into, look closely and take a magnet.

Well there's a positive, encouraging comment if I ever saw one !!!
Some people cant deal with the truth. If I was the poster and was spending my hard earned money I would encourage opinions. Makes a guy think. Its all over when he plants the money down and gets the car home and within minutes gets a severe case of buyers remorse.

I know way more people that have been burned on cars 'bought by photo' than the ones I know that 'bought in person'.

Make a template of the drivers side. Either the bumper or the fender shape is wrong. Looks like the fender to me.
