Fender Tag Decode Help 1962

I've tried a number of internet sites to decode this fender tag (attached) with no success yet.

Can anyone give me any info on this tag. It's off of a 1962 Polara. Anything would be great.

-Under the C is a "2". This denotes a code 342 which is a "A727 Torqueflight"

-Under the D is a "2" which denotes a code 362 which is a "Astrophonic radio AM"

-Under the G is a "5" which denotes a code 385 which is a "Heater with Defroster"

-Under the K is a "1" which denotes a code

-Under the M is a "?"

Bottom line: "S O": 0914 Build date: Day 0914 is Tuesday, January 28, 1964

The 542 denotes a Body "542"- 2 door hardtop

I can not read the rest of the numbers

Under TRM is 853 and Under PNT is UU1Y (I believe).

I am getting a pic of the VIN # shortly.

-I believe the paint code decodes as: 1962 Dodge Nutmeg Brown
-Trim code: 853 Cocoa/Beige

So;
Your 1962 dodge has a Nutmeg brown outside paint and a (853) interior paint code cocoa/Beige

M/8 would be consistent with other cars I've seen. I don't know what that code is.

D2 is power brakes not radio
M8 is windshield washer -dual jet
K1 is tinted glass (all)

Paint UU1Y -(UU)shell beige with (Y)nutmeg brown for the side sweep insert.

Trim 853 is cocoa beige vinyl

You need to contact Chrysler historical society to get your cars production sheet (IBM card)
This will have all your cars info.
