5 UNDER A 1 UNDER H 5 UNDER L P UNDER P 3 UNDER S

does any know of a website that would have fender tag info on how to break it down

You'll need to give us the VIN to know where it was built, the fender tag codes are different between plants.

It's a St. Louis built car so 6147XXXXXX

Scheduled production date of 0919 = September 19 (1963)
Sales order number 4216
BDY 611 = V8 Dodge 330 2 door sedan
L1R= Interior trim code = Low trim level, cloth and vinyl bench seat; red
WW1= external color = white and painted all one color

The rest of the codes are unknown or unconfirmed.

Well, the VIN 614510xxxx is:
6= car line, B body Dodge with V8 engine
1= model, 330
4= year, 1964
5= assembly plant, Los Angeles CA
The last six digits are the sequence number, or, serial number. All assembly plants start at 100001 (for your car model)

I agree with 69Coronetrt on the SPD Sept 19, 1963.
Also on the body, interior and paint colors.
With a 5 under the "A", more than likely that is the transmission type, 727 automatic. The "H" is most common code for a radio, (1= AM Music Master), but at some plants it is code for heater/air conditioning. There shouldn't be a "P" on that line, all characters should be numbers. Not a lot of info on LA fender tag codes for '64.

Thanks for the info. It does not have a radio now. it has a delete plate there and there is currently no heater in it but I think it was a heater only. It has a big block mounted on a k member with motor mounts and has a 727 push button in it.
