Fender tag help

I am looking at a 64 Polara and I need help with the fender tag.
The vin is 6345172487.

383 4 bbl car, automatic, scheduled build date was May 13th

For the VIN....

6 = Car make is Dodge
3 = Polara model
4 =Model year [1964]
5 = Assembly Plant location [Los Angeles]
172487 = Sequential build number

And I believe that:

H4X = Vinyl Trim, Black
TT1 = Turquoise Paint, one color [No 2 tone]

Please correct me/educate me if I'm wrong on anything gentlemen.
