Fender tag location for 65 Blvdr?

Where are they most commonly found? Shopping from out of town and I had the guy look for a fender tag on a 65 Belvedere II. Didn't see it on top of driver or passenger fender, rear cowl, or radiator supports. He did't see two screw holes either where it might have been and he doesn't know alot about it. Thanks guys.

On the inner fender near the battery.

no, it would be facing up on the ledge that is on the top part of the inner fender, next to da battery. if it's there, you can't really miss it...imp:
