Fender Tag

I was going through some of my father’s belongings and came across this fender tag. Does anyone out there know what it belongs to? Thanks

My best guess is a 63 or 64 Dodge 440 with an 8 cyl. engine. 1964 is the latest it can be.

Here is a picture of the car. My Dad had a lot of them so I wasn’t sure which one it was. This had a Max wedge and he raced in AS/A. I believe this car is currently for sale. It was a beauty!
