Fenderwell exit headers...

Anyone know if A body fenderwell exit headers will fit a 64 b body...

I do not think that they will . The frame rails on A body are not as wide on a B body . Used fender well headers on a 68 A body dart for a friend and they were real close to the tire . He had a tire blow out on him after a run when he forgot to turn the tire away from the hot headers . We moved the motor back 2 inches to get away from the tire and that helped some . Hope this helps . I used a set of Dougs headers on a 65 Coronet and they cleared with no problem . John
