Filler Vent line

Does the vent line on the filler tube on the fuel filler neck cent to atmosphere or does it go yo the spare outlets on the fuel tank. Tanks

Seems every year something is different with the vent. My 68 RR has one vent line that vents to ATM. In 70 everyone went to some form of vapor recovery system.

On 70 models it depended on if your car was built with N95 Evaporative Emission Control or not as to how it vented
