I'm looking for a firm feel steering box for my '70 gtx. Let me know what you have. I'm located near Houston.

Finding a used FF box is almost as rare as hens teeth cause once they are installed, the owners are thrilled at the difference and never go back to a factory box. Not to say they are not out there, but it's gonna be like finding a needle in a hay stack.

I've heard a rumor that you can use an M body cop box, if you change out the pitman and idler at the same time.

I've also heard that 5th Ave box is the same.

This was from a 20+ year Chrysler parts counter guy.

The old diplomat cop car units are the original FF units and yes you can use them in our cars if you get one that's not worn out already
