does the Flaming River Coupler FR1506M fit on a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere II Manual Steering Gear?

Yes that’s the one. You will have to cut the steering shaft and then put the U-joint on and then drill the shaft all the way through then either pin it or stick a grade 8 bolts through it.
We just put a new U-joint on Dad’s 65 Dodge, we went with the smaller U-joint because it's about half the money and less than half the weight. (We’re racing the car only) The smaller U-joints will have to be welded on the shaft.
If you're running the car on the street then I would probably go with the 1506M because it is heavier.
