Floor Board Hole ??

While plugging "Unauthorized holes" in my 69 RR floor Boards .... came across this one....looks factory ?? :rolleyes:

Of course we applied seam sealer in a relatively factory way ....albeit a bit neater. :lol:

That might be a factory assembly line location hole - maybe a spigot was put through the hole as part of location on a jig prior to welding the floor pan.
 
That hole you have circled in your first post is factory and gets a small plastic plug like shown in the purple car.
