i would have added a 2nd right next to the first one and keep adding them until left me alone...

Round here that guy would had that shovel shoved up his arse by the second email.

I live in a condo but I have been very fortunate to not generate a supply of nasty letters from the HOA or busybody neighbors. I even rebuilt my old Porsche 911 in the garage, which included a covert operation for drilling concrete anchors in the garage floor to secure the borrowed Porsche engine stand :rolling: Das ist verboten der schweinhund! Currently my 66 Bel is sitting in my "designated" parking space with the top of the car half-*** covered up because their tree drops leaves and little red berries into my cowl - not to mention what the birds do :mad:. I'm just waiting for someone to give me an "eye sore" complaint then it's off to war :mob: Or I'll just plan another operation to remove the tree :grin:
Now don't get me started on how HOA's are basically unconstitutional :soapbox:

10 acres of dirt near my area is nearly a mil :eek:

.....Oh, and the email :rolling::rolling::rolling:

Last time I bought a new house, the HOA wanted me to submit plans for the landscaping for the front yard and they wanted me to wait for approval any work was to be started, of course I didn’t wait, they got pissed because I was going to put a tree in my (small) yard and wanted me to halt, during the next HOA meeting they mentioned that you didn’t need a permit for your direct TV satellite dish as that was regulated through the FCC, that got me thinking, I went home drew up my landscaping plans and drew an old school 12’ satellite dish right smack in the middle of the front yard… that bought me some time.. and I got to keep the tree
