Wow. That is pretty darn sweet. Another car I can't afford... sigh.

Never normally like the turquiose interior, but that car has completely changed my mind, what a peach

looks like an original 440 4-speed car too... My boss has a 1968 Vert GTX - 440 4-speed car... fun fun

Was a console standard on the GTX and not a three pedal car.

The Automatic was standard and the 4-speed was a no cost option

GTX came standard with bucket seats - not sure if a console was standard - I know you could option a buddy seat.

Look at the pedal in the car - narrow pad, angled towards the center - it's a 4-speed car. Also notice the plug missing for the clutch rod pass through.

Also notice that the aftermarket shifter is not mounted on the top center of the tunnel... it looks to be mounted on top off the 4-speed shift hump

A couple of things wrong like the side stripes and the engine compartment not being the same as the body color and I don't think the shifter is original. Yes it was a original 4 speed because everyone I have seen either had the buddy seat and if it was a auto the shifter would be on the column and if the consule then the floor shift.

This car is a 5 minute ride from my work- I would be willing to check it out for a serious buyer that is a member of this site. I have seen it on craigslist throughout the winter...it started closer to $30k...

I had a 4 spd console car. Hurst shifter that came up, then back, then left, then up again. Seemed a mile long, but it put it right where it was confortable to me. Console fit great, shifter never hit it at all.

shame the out side of the car isnt same color as under the hood,,

With the two-tone paint scheme, I think it's way too high on the price as you'd have to find a buyer that would actually like that, IMO.

No thank you. I agree with 70Fish way to high on the price and the shifter looks kinda naked without a console if it's there? But it is a nice GTX.

I had a 68 X and the very same hurst factory shifter and console. Hard to beat.
