From column to floor A/T conversion

Besides removing the linkage arm from steering column down to tranny, and removing the interior column shift lever, is the anything else that needs to be done?
 
Factory floor shift cars had a different steering column without the gear indicator. If you want a factory look you’ll have update the steering column. If you don’t mind the look or the gear indicator, the column shifted steering column will still work for steering after the conversion.
 
you can pull the collar apart and bondo the middle one and your all set. Ask me how I know.

Yea…. Im not into factory looks, putting in B&M… just wasn’t sure if i needed to do anything else with the original items.
