Ok so on my 68 charger equipped w front 10" brake drums I just finished changing upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, shocks, drums shoes and hardware. Now I have a horrible negative camber on the passenger side and sounds like drum is rubbing on something bad? Anybody have any ideas? The vehicle is missing it's torsion bar could that possibly be my issue as to the camber? Bent drum back plate? Upper arm? Thank you!

Bwaaahaaahaaahaaa!

Sorry.

Seriously?

Check out these articles. They detail the complete overhaul of a roadrunner suspension, which i believe is the same as yours.

Did you remove / fiddle with the upper control arm hinge bolts? the nut on the hinge bolt is visible from the engine compartment and loosening them allows for camber adjustments. the bolt head is towars the center of the control arm and visible with the wheel off. when you loosen the nut, turn the bolt head to adjust camber. If you already messed with them its possible the camber washers (not sure the real term for them) are not seated properly. You should go over this in the factory service manual, visually adjust the camber, torque them to factory specs. When you get the brakes sorted out, have a shop do the final.

regarding the missing torsion bar, you have to mean sway bar. torsion bar is the spring in the suspension.

Yes it's missing the sway bar sorry about that. Also regarding the arm bolts they were marked before and matched back to those marks after work was done and checked washers and they are properly seated inside the metal brackets there.

if you had bad parts and it was aligned to those then you need to get it realigned for the new stuff.those bolts have a lot of adjustment and could easly be causing your problem.try adjusting them yourself to see if you can get it closer by eye.

Yeah, make some adjustments just by eyeball and take it over to an alignment shop. I just got done going through mine as well and will be having a local shop make the final adjustments.

Get the toe set. Negative toe will make the camber appear way more negative than it really is due to steering axis inclination. Best bet is to take it in and get it aligned. It'll be fine.
