70 super bee

I have a front bench seat and I am looking to swap for front buckets....

Considering a set of 70 charger buckets or a set of corbeau sport seat wide....

i think that the newer seat will be more comfortable and supportive... but i am concerned that the corbeau (and newer style) tilt forward mechanism pivots at the rear of the seat and will hinder the ability to get access to the back seat.... as opposed to the original style seats that pivot with a "J" bracket to make room for access to the back

does anyone have any recommendations on how to get the best of both worlds... a comfortable and supportive seat and good access to the back seat

thanks in advance!

Whats the big deal, the drivers seat on the new challenger is fixed! Kidding aside I think the new seats all move pretty well, I would do a side by side. I myself am looking for OEM seats to make fit but I really don't care if its hard to get in the back.

The back seat only ever had one purpose for me but I have had my own house for a long time now...

I have a set that came in my bench seat seat 70 Bee car as well as another set that are resting inside of a Coronet 500 parts car. I believe the buckets that came with my Bee are out of a 70 Charger. I will get out to take a look at these bucket seats today and send you some pictures, both sets will need to be recovered but they are complete with tracks.

70 buckets

great please let me know what you have... with pics of course...

David,
I sent you a PM , sorry I didn't get it to you sooner. These buckets sold instantly but I will keep my eyes open for another set for you. Would you consider a set from a 71 duster???

i decided to go with corbeau sport seats in vinyl....

they are $800 brand new including double locking brackets and i found them to be much more supportive than the original style.... of course not stock, but i dont care, i want this to be my everyday driver, and it needs to be comfortable....

thank you!
