Front Bumper for 71-72 Satellite, Road Runner from AMD

Anyone buy one of these?

I read a review on Summit that says it's a 1/2" short on each side so it doesn't fit the fenders correctly, and it's lighter.

Can anyone back this up?

Not sure if I should try to fix the stock one that I have or buy one of these?

I bought a rear 71 Road Runner bumper from AMD, fit perfect. I'm thinking of ordering the front one, but I want one without the jack slots.
I noticed the 1 bad reveiw on Summit was 5 years old. You would think if there would be many more if there was a big problem with it.

I did purchase this a year ago for my 72 RR . The fit was perfect. Car had never been in an accident. Bolted right up. The only thing, as a criticism would be that the chrome was " commercial", by today's standard. Certainly presentable. If your showing, judging, buy it , IF, yours is not fixable, and have it rechromed. Just where you need it to be.
