Front clip interchange 73-74 to a 71-72

Hey guys will a 71-72 roadrunner front clip bolt onto a 73-74 roadrunner/satellite?

I do not see why it should not... the hoods interchange (though the 73/74 bulge hood does not have the same front contours as 71-72s) & I am pretty sure all the bolt holes are exactly the same because I know a 73/74 fender on a charger will bolt onto a 71/72 charger with no issues.

only thing I think you may want to check on is the bolt hole placement for the bumper, cannot remember if the 73/74 is further back on the frame or if the bumper brackets for them just put the bolt holes in different places. I do not think that will be a huge issue though.

The core supports are different so might have to do some fab work on the latch support.

Intereating that the 73/74 fender wheel opening shape does NOT match the 73/74 rear wheel opening shape, but the 71/72 fender DOES match both71/72 and 73/74.

I'd like to see someone try. I actually like the 73/74 front clip (especially the hood), but would be curious to see.
