Front fender splash shields 1966 Plymouth

Anyone have a picture of the Shields?
Im talking about the ones that mount forward under the fenders , basically behind the head lights

Are they different from same year Coronet ?
If so, how ?

66 splash shields should be metal on both Dodge and Plymouth. Most 67 splash shields were plastic although I have a 67 Plymouth 4 door parts car with metal splash shields. I know of no other differences.

Looks like they are different parts numbers in the Parts Catalog, page 7-10 listing 7-26-15.

Our Dec,Jan, and Apr built 67 Chargers all had metal. April car and Dec car I know are original. I am talking about the vertical splash shields behind the headlight buckets.
If you were talking about the shields on the frame, I have only seen them as you described.

I was almost sure that was the case. All of the 67’s we have had were plastic. Have not seen any plastic ones on 66.

Try Winslow motor sports. He does some splash shields for 66-7 Coronets and Chargers. Maybe others.

My 1967 coronet looks more like the 68 and later i am used to.
Is it because of the year diff.
Or model diff?

Looks the exact same as my 67 coronet.


My gut is telling me i need to find one for 66 and / or maybe same in 67 Plymouth B body

All i need is left front it appears
