i was wondering if anyone has retrofitted a sway bar kit from any other year of b body on these...i called Mancini the other day and got no help.

Yeah you can pick up Front sway bars for $150/$200 range don't even waste your trying to finagle something on there Addco/hellwig have some nice setups

looks like Addco for 162$ will be the plan, im gonna swap out the lower control arms for latter 66 and up ones and make it happen

I have an Adco set, but they moved all over the place. Ended up going with Hellwig, they have an awesome set up and it really helps my car to handle very well since I race at the track. It's thick, too! http://www.streetlegaltv.com/tech-s...all-hellwig-sway-bars-on-a-classic-musclecar/

I thought 62-72 were all the same? At least Firm Feel shows that.

Hellwig's kit will fit with or without prior provisions, the article I posted shows details of the bar being installed. They provide a good solid mount (not one bolt like Addco) and an L bracket for the end link that attaches to the shock bolt.

I bolted a 69 b body sway bar into my 64. Just drilled the bolt holes in k member lip for 69 mounts and bought Hellwig shock mount L bracket for ends. They were cheap from hellwig and sway bar free. Done this for last 3 cars and have had no issues.
