Greetings to all. The fuel and temp gauges drop out simultaneously then return same way. First thought was cluster's voltage limiter or perhaps ground. Seems to be worse on cold start then incidence declines after good warm-up. Figure something simple. I'm sure someone else has run into same or very similar. Any and all tips are greatly appreciated. If problem is limiter, how difficult to come by and replace? I have pretty long, slim hands and arms.

Sounds to me like poor connection / corrosion, when cold (shrinkage) you have more trouble, when warmed up (expansion) you seem to have less problem. Have you updated to the electronic limiter? Might be a good time to consider. Im not sure on your particular model, but its usually easier to pull the instrument cluster to do..

Thanks Eric383 that brought back memories from auto shop class in High school (LOL)....
