gas tank filler tube

How to get filler tube out of gas tank on 1963 plymouth fury. It's stuck good try twisting, little bit of everything. Don't won't to mess it up . Try google it, nothing much came up. Thanks

Assuming that you unbolted it, try shooting some WD40 around the inside of the neck seal.

If it’s the original tank, there should be just a big o-ring holding it in. Maybe a little rust on the tube, but spray some WD-40 on it and work neck back and forth and around, it should eventually break loose and pull out. Newer tanks use a rubber sleeve which is a better setup.
