So most of my gauges and lights work. Radio, horn, console lights, dimmer, tempgauge, gasgauge keylight, maplight except for my ampgauge.. Meter it self works, but no light for the gauge. Tried replacing the bulb but no luck. Could it be the dimmerswitch? Was on a cruisenight last summer and all of the sudden I had working gaugelight without doing anything. Sorry to say it was gone again the next day.

HI sounds like a ground or power wire to the light
good luck take care be safe

Sometimes the bulb holder contacts start loosing contact with the circuit board or just get real dirty. If you have one, try a different bulb holder.

Or you can try slightly bending the brass ears out a little for better contact. Here I installed a new board but the idea is the same. Somewhere in the video I bend the brass tabs out a little.

Worked out great with bending the tabs. Now I have fully operating light for the amp gauge. Thank you
