Gauge paint & decals

Restoring the gauges on my 69 GTX. What paint do you recommend for white lettering on control panel? Also if the gauge faces don't clean up well does anyone make decals for them?
Any other tips welcome.
I have decals for the odometer
I see the increment markings on the gauges are raise where they are white not sure a decal would lay flat, repaint those?

I think Classic Ind. has decal kits.

The ones they list for 68-70 are incorrect. At least according to supplied picture.

MB280921-2 or MB280923-4 not right? Didn't look at individual pics. Not rallye dash right?

Correct, not a rally dash. All the lettering is on the clear lens, not on the gauge face. I'll check again.
