I have a 64 330 with a slant 6, I am
Trying to plan a route for an engine swap and have not decided yet if I will go gen 3 hemi or big block. Ultimately I’d like to use a gen 3 Hemi with a tremec tko. Has anybody done the hemi swap with the 6 cyl K member? I have done a few Chevy swaps with LS engines etc but it is much tougher finding parts and info for the mopars.

Schumacher made the mounts for your project. Unfortunately, They are out of business at this time. Their website is still up, but I believe unattended. Try a Post looking for the mounts, in the WTB section. I just scored a New Torque Strap, for my '63, using that method...

Thank you very much, that is unfortunate. I really wish the aftermarket could step up for the hemi stuff!

I agree...if there was readily available kits with conversion mounts, oil pans and exhaust manifolds to swap the Gen III Hemi's into A/B/C/E bodies that would make the work a lot less daunting.

Being a C-body lover I see a ton of old cars that have been robbed of their drive trains for their smaller A/B/E body brothers and being able to easily swap in a Gen III hemi would maybe get some of these cars back on the road instead of into a demo derby.

You would be further ahead to find a V8 K-member for your car, and shelve the /6 set up. I did just that, for my '63 330, /6 to MW build. You'll probably be able to locate the mounts much easier. The '63 to '65 V8 K-frames are all the same, FYI...
