General Lee copyright infringement?

Has anyone seen this new lawsuit put out by Warner Bros.? In it, the judge declared that the batmobile reproductions created by Mark Towle was an infringement of copyright. Warner Bros. also owns the Dukes of Hazzard copyright. Will they now go after all of the General Lees out there as well? I guess they can't go after the Christine copys unless they really are EVIL
