Hello all. I have a minor but annoying problem with my 68 RR glovebox light switch. The plastic plunger that depresses when the door is shut broke off. It's the second one that this has happened to. The door seems to hit the plunger at an angle as it closes and eventually snaps the plunger off. It's a pain because with the plunger broken the light doesn't shut off and it drained my battery. Has anyone out there had this happen and if so how did you fix the issue? Do they make a switch with a metal plunger? Or a sturdier assembly? I Would like to have my glove box light work thanks in advance for any help
