I don't care much for going to concerts, but I decided to take my wife to St.Augustine to see the Beach Boys yesterday for an early Mothers Day present. I am so glad we went. We camped almost next to the stage, close to the beach. The weather was perfect. The crowd was really into it and the "boys" still got it after all these years. It was a special day.

I am a big fan also, I grew up surfing & listening to the Beach Boys & Jan & Dean surf music... Too bad all of the original Beach Boys couldn't be there... Little Deuce Coupe, I Get Around, California Girls, She's real fine My 409 & Good Vibrations are the best songs, Endless Summer is the best album...

Thanx for the report. Love the Beach Boys ; always have. Pet Sounds, obviously, is the magnum opus, but Surfs Up and Holland aint far behind...Really likin Keepin the Summer Alive too. Aint no bad Beach Boys, some just better than others!
Planning on catching them on their 50th anniversary tour in Houston come June.

I always loved the Beach boys, I remember riding around with my uncle when he came home for leave from the Marines and we rode around in his 64 Impala SS with the beach boys playing.. Not all of them is around and i didn't know they still got together, cool it is! i have them on a CD i downloaded a couple years ago on Limewire, cant do it anymore with them now. Sonny thats one of my favorite ones!! And "In my room" different from the little deuce coupe but i liked them..
