I've just read the review of the kit by wsutard and wanted to share my experience. I bought the same kit in February. Unfortunately due to family commitments it's still in the box in my garage, and not on my car!
Last week, out of the blue, a box arrived from the USA.
I live in Australia and I was intrigued as I hadn't ordered anything recently.
Inside the box was 2 washers and a note from PST and GPS saying the wrong washers had been provided with the kit and these should be used instead.
I was absolutely astounded - this was sent with absolutely no prompting from me - I thought this level of old school customer service was long gone, but obviously not.
The postage cost alone was $35. With labour and packaging, this cost could double or triple or more.
The next day I sent PST an email thanking them, and reckon they and GPS Auto both deserve huge kudos.
