Graveyard Carz
BIG NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT: Discovery HD Theater is the new home for Graveyard Carz in the United States! A very special thank you to Simone from World Wide Entertainment for her unwavering persistence and commitment to get my beloved Graveyard Carz on TV in America.

Very cool! Now THAT I will watch. I just hope they cut back on some of the pumpkin carving and what not for TV.

When is all of this going to happen & is it only available on Discovery HD? Just curious... I would love to see anything with Mopar as the main subject, get some air time, I guess it will be worth the drama that comes with it, that's what you get with reality TV...

its already avalible on the internet if you want to watch it as it refreshes all the time

TV will be great compared , HD threatre is a great channel full of great car shows , if you dont have it i recommend trying to . watching mecum , is worth the money alone for me

I'm in the sticks in Northern Calif. with Comcast Cable we don't get much HD anything here or very good Cable or Satellite service for that fact. I will try the online version maybe, Thanks...

Can you post the link please. :)

This sounds pretty cool... Thanks for the links.

well they got great taste in cars, but the head guy mark is such a whiny little turd! I couldn't put up with a guy like that on a daily basis!

Careful what you say about him, at one point he was a member on this forum, if I;m not mistaken.

Oh I don't mind the characters at all. Mark's knowledge of Mopars is impressive and frankly staggering. He is the ultimate purist. I by no means am a purist but I thoroughly respect those that are. The other guys just add flavor to the show with their various goofiness.

But it is undeniable that a show dedicated to breathing concours life back into Mopar's with or without the added drama or silly nonsense that goes with it is a keeper in my book.

And I am dying to see how the dipped Cuda turns out!

I think Mark is indeed a purist, and, I think he is genuine -- I don't think he's putting on a show for the cameras, if you look in the background he has other stuff going on; mainly his body shop which is likely the real bill payer. I don't know if he ever was a member here, I think he was, but can't recall for sure. I know he's on FB and me and him have had an extensive chat one day, he really is a nice guy.

I just watched 6 hours of it. I think the characters are messing with each other, and it seems they dont get any work done. Maybe its the way they edit the show but I would like to see much more car building and less character interaction. Still overall a pretty cool show they just need to pick up the pace, the show that is not the restorers. I definitely would watch this show if it is put on TV. I do have to comment on some of the resto work. First I want to say that the cars are very nice. Here comes the but. But Mark claims to be a purist but I noticed quite a few things that wouldn't be widely accepted as correct. such as the 15" chrome magnums on the Roadrunner, the black driveshaft on it as well. Lack of over spray on the exhaust manifolds. I am not trying to bust his balls or anything but why self proclaim something that most of his audience would pick up on as inaccurate. I just wanna finish by saying that I did enjoy my 6 hour time with them.

Some of the wrong stuff is because he has to option the cars the way the customer is paying him too but things like the not natural finish drive shaft is not something you can excuse , , leave it natural and clear it or they make cosmoline or other oily stuff to protect from flash rust ..

thanks for bringing this to our attention i really enjoyed the first few i watched never woulda known about it if not for this site. thanks!
