Took the Bee out today as it was almost 80 degrees in Vacaville Ca today. Sorry for the cold weather for some of you I have been taking it easy on the car for the most part but today I got on it and man I loved it. My dad would be proud of how this car is slowly coming back to life.

It has been about two years since I gave him a ride in that car that had not seen the road in 15+ years. I have had a few Kraken and cokes so forgive the ramble and whatever but I miss him but I know that he was with me today. Takes for all the help that you guys have given me the last few years to keep this project going. Jim

I think thats the garage on the left (just going off the turn in the driveway and gas meter). I had a garage with windows. Hated it.

Yep that is how my house is set-up but the wife likes to park there so that is how that goes. She never complains when I am out working on the car and has even helped when I need a second hand PLUS she has bought me some parts!!!!!

Yep still looking for a job!!! But I am trying to take advantage of the time off to tinker with the car. I was out one day and it started to sputter then died. Looked at everything quickly as I was in the middle of the road but could not see anything. So I just held the gas pedal down sputter, sputter and then off I went. Has not happened since so maybe a stuck float I am guessing but I hate not knowing.

That is an absolutely beautiful car. Same color my dad's/brother's was from the factory. I always said if it was mine, I'd repaint it back.
