I'm not 100% sure if this is the best place to post this (I don't post much) but I wanted to let the group know about an extremely positive experience I had with forum member "5.7 Hemi" (Zack).
I had purchased a 1968 Roadrunner / Satellite grille and headlight bezels that were in need of restoration. Zack reached out to me regarding restoration and I decided to take a leap of faith and ship my newly purchased grille and headlight bezels to him.
My feedback is that this could not have been a better experience. Zack was a great communicator and sent lots of "in process" pictures and it was actually a fun process. There was a little bit of a hiccup that was my fault when I asked him to try some untested paint which was not his "go-to" product. He didn't like the result as it didn't meet his high standards and so he re-stripped and re-painted it no questions asked.
I just received them back today and the brightwork and paintwork were both outstanding. Zack had stripped and polished the old anodized finish which was cloudy and pitted.
HIGHLY recommend working with this gentleman if you have any brightwork that has seen better days.
Note: I asked the grille and bezel inserts to be painted semi-gloss black (and not Argent which he typically would do) to match the design theme of my custom Roadrunner.
