Howdy folks... Long time MOPAR guy here. Looking at purchasing a 64 Fury (pics attached) to work on with my 15yo Son.... My first was a 62 Fury many, many moons ago, should be fun! Hopefully I can contribute in some way and not just be an information mooch!!!!

Thanks!

Welcome to FBBO. Looks like you have a hell of a project on your hands. Keep us in the loop as you and your son make progress.

It is a handful... of parts... I feel OK about it since I tore the 62 all the way down all those years ago... Also, we are not looking to make a show car, just a driver for a teenager!

Welcome from central Indiana. Looks like a good project for a father and son. I like the early Bs, what are the plans? Big block, small block? Looks to be set up for an automatic.

Welcome to the forum! Now that's a great father son project. Cherish that time together!

It comes with a tore down 68 383 2bbl that looks pretty good and was "running when pulled" out for rebuild (of course) and a 727 that looks to be the original.... We'll keep that set up since it was already in the car once. Hope to get away with a stock (no bore or turning if we can) rebuild to save a little $.

No real HiPo mods since it's for the kid.... maybe some headers just for the sound.

Guy said it was a 361 car originally but I'm not sure how to tell.

Welcome from Ohio, mooch or share; It's all good.
