Is that what you call the hard? rubber? bit that resides inside the hole through the quarter glass through which you insert the two bolts that attach the glass to the frame? Anyway, whatever they are, I need two.

Actually, I just had a thought, to check the parts catalog and see what THEY called it.

Just find a hose that will fit the hole and bolt. That's all they look like is a simple rubber hose. Its just an insulator to keep the metal bolt from contacting the glass.

This,

best i remember its just vacuum line trimmed same thickness as the glass and allows the bolt to pass thru it

I've also used boat hull expansion plugs.

They have an actual name but it escapes me.

They are "hat" shaped so a stop is provided, and they have a threaded brass insert.

Thought of those. I think I will just use a hunk of vac line. I have the mounting bolts with the 1 1/4" flat washers with the plastic disc to not scratch the glass. I could also use some hard nylon spacers, drilled out and cut down to fit.

That plastic/nylon hardware was especially tough to find "back in the day".

...and were always stuck and brittle if trying to remove.

I believe my BIL turned me on to those boat plugs.

Saved the day more than a few times.
