Just Wondering Where The Best Place To Attach a Ground Wire On a Standard Dash ( 1969 RR ) To The Dash Frame?

Thank You

You shouldn't have to, unless there's a whole lot of paint on it. But to answer your question, often there's an extra hole along the very bottom, of at least one holding a bracket on the inside.

Metal to metal is all that is needed. If it's all painted, clean all areas that are bolted to the car and that should be it. I have always used extra ground straps from dash to firewall and then to frame. These were all non Mopar cars, I'm new to Mopar.
