GTX Fender mount turn signal

Would anybody out there know the fender tag code that would indicate if a 69 GTX can with factory fender mounted turn signals, the bullet shaped chromed signals? Thanks in advance for any help offered.

if you ordered the A01 light package you would get fender mounted turn signals too, as part of the package
