I have a GTX clone (done by the previous owner) and would rather have a road runner tribute car. The GTX has too many interior upgrades. Question: does the "runner" emblem have the same stud spacing as the "GTX" on the side quarter panels? Trying to see if I can reuse the holes if possible. Does anyone know the runner stud spacing? Don't want to spend $50 just to measure one! Thanks

They're different. Not sure what year you have, but 68 and 69 roadrunners don't have a quarter badge, while GTX's do.
1970 roadrunners do, but they're two piece and likely have 2 studs each.

Sorry. Should have specified 1970. I know it will need additional holes, just hoping to use the 2 GTX holes if possible.

Words of life advice; before you delve into anything, make sure it has a hole where it's supposed to be.

Why not forget the holes and use 3M double sided emblem tape. Works great AND seals the holes from moisture.
